What is
Gestalt Therapy?

Gestalt therapy focuses on how we relate to one another in the present.  It  brings to the surface our old patterns which are no longer useful or satisfactory. Throughout life, we are used to repeating our usual ways of doing things and these patterns can become automatic or fixed.  Gestalt therapy will help us to explore it and experiment with new ways of doing things.

The Gestalt Centre Belfast (GCB) provides a range of trainings and professional development events led by experienced practitioners, to encourage an understanding and practice of the Gestalt approach.
